It takes a special kind of debtor to take a Chapter 11 case all the way through to confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan.  Many Chapter 11's are successful, buying time to sell, paying some taxes, or  even liquidating, without the confirmation of a Chapter 11 plan.

ALL Chapter 11 work is done on an hourly basis.  Payment is allowed only after approval by the bankruptcy court, where serious scrutiny is involved.

This firm requires a written fee agreement and will not accept a case without a reasonable likelihood of some success for the client and a reasonable probability of payment of its fee.

Currently Chapter 11 work is done at $225 per hour, plus all expenses.
