Residence: Wellington, Colorado
Education: Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in
Physics, January 1971. Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Wyoming, in Math, May 1972. Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wyoming,
with summer classes at Denver Law School, January 1973. Ranked 4th in a small
class of mid-winter graduates. Master's of Business Administration from
the University of Wyoming with classes taken at the University of Indiana (Air
Force) and on Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, May of 1987.
Professional Licenses. Wyoming Supreme Court May 1974, Colorado Supreme Court
September 1996,
Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals May 1975, US Supreme Court August 1976.
Memberships: Laramie County Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association,
