The Law Offices of Ken McCartney P.C.

    Carrol has been a licensed attorney in Wyoming since 1993, and joined this firm in September, 2005.  She was born and raised in Greeley, Colorado, and attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder where she received a degree in Business Administration.  She received a paralegal degree from the Denver Paralegal Institute .  Her law degree is from the University of Denver, College of Law.  She moved to Cheyenne in 1990 after completing her legal studies.   She has been in private practice, worked for the Wyoming Attorney General, and most recently at the Legal Services office in Cheyenne.

    Carrol is not licensed to practice law  in Colorado at this time.

    Her time away from work is primarily spent with her two children, a daughter and son.  When her children are not keeping her busy, she escapes on her Harley with friends and enjoys road trips.
